To provide training and guidance to aspiring artists in entertainment based careers including in front of and behind the camera. Making hands on training available in all areas of the entertainment business i.e. but not limited to performers, producers, script writers, editors, camera operators, directors, production crew.
To provide mentoring and development programs to aspiring performers of the arts.
To take performing artists to various community based events around the world to share their talents and provide inspiration to others.
To produce events live and recorded utilizing the skills of the individuals in the program to give them real world experience to include in their resumes' to propel them forward in their chosen careers.
To build relationships with various entertainment related businesses to make connections between members of the program and members of the business community to strengthen their support system.
To involve participants from all social and economic backgrounds.
To bring in seasoned professionals to host seminars to share their knowledge and experiences with those aspiring to be in the entertainment business.
To give focus and guideance to individuals that might otherwise lack access to.
To maintain a positive community leadership role to encourage education and upward mobility by fostering an atmosphere of positive energy, positive actions and positive results.
Strengthen our communities by provided positive outlets for creative energy to be harnessed and developed.
Reduce truancy and loitering by having a program created to encourage and develop their individuality.
Provide access to entertainment positions through our networking and relationship building activities throughout the business and entertainment communities thereby creating job opportunities.
